Through suspension I have discovered more about my body, my mind, gravity, and tolerance. I feel it is a empowering and unique experience that will push your boundaries, and open your mind to how capable we truly are. I love the constant creativity and evolution of suspensions, pulls, etc – It is different for everyone, and I take great pleasure in being able to facilitate these individual moments of beauty.
